Vibrating mineral processing equipment manufacturer Vibramech has 48 years of design and manufacture experience and is Southern Africa’s predominant supplier of vibratory equipment for the mineral processing industry.

Vibramech consistently produces more than 500 vibrating units a year, with a current installed base of about 12 000 units.

The company employs qualified mechanical, chemical engineers, providing a combined depth of experience exceeding one hundred years.

Vibramech not only manufactures top-rated equipment, but it also has a wealth of processing experience and knowledge, resulting in accurate sizing of its screens and feeders, providing its clients with confidence in its operations.

It has extensive commodity experience in supplying vibrating equipment to gold, diamond (land and marine), coal, iron-ore, manganese, platinum, chrome, nickel, uranium, copper, lithium, mineral sands and aggregate operations.

Vibramech is client-focussed and flexible. From both a plant layout viewpoint and process considerations, every piece of equipment is tailor-made to suit a customer’s specific requirements.

It holds exclusive license agreements with first-rate international engineering companies such as  Siebtechnik TEMA, Hein Lehmann (Liwell), and URAS Vibratory Motors, adding to the quality, robustness and reliability of its equipment.

The company offers an excellent warranty guarantee, where Vibramech’s commitment to its customer’s operations has resulted in zero official warranty claims for the past 25 years. Vibramech’s engineers endeavour to immediately attend to any challenges that its equipment might experience, often before a customer even has to lodge a formal warranty claim.

It offers after sale support at no cost to its customers. Vibramech’s experienced team of 14 sales engineers regularly attend site visits to assess the installed equipment and operations. They provide detailed reports and advice on optimal operational conditions for its equipment, and especially critical spares holdings.

The company boasts long-term employee retentions, with Vibramech’s staff compliment totalling 225 permanent employees. Some 57% of these have over ten years’ service, and several of them have between 20 years and 30 years.

This, in turn, means the company has experienced staff. Vibramech’s equipment is manufactured and its clients serviced by staff that are exceptionally competent and, most importantly, they understand the customer’s exact needs.

The corporate structure of Vibramech ensures that decision makers and problem solvers are immediately and always accessible. This ensures exceptionally smooth operations, and speedy attention to a customer’s needs.

Vibramech’s admirable corporate governance and company culture is fully compliant with all South African legislation as well as all tax, safety, labour, employment equity, B-BBEE and human rights related laws and principles.

It enjoys excellent relationships with various trade unions, with zero time lost on labour issues and zero internal labour strike action, for the past 15 years.

The company is cashflow positive, solvent and debt free, with an average growth of 12% a year over the past five years, so customers can be assured that Vibramech’s strong financial position ensures our long-term ability to supply equipment and support our installed base for decades to come.
